NDNS+ Biomathematics Leiden

In the Spring of 2006 starting January 26 at 11.00 the working group NDNS+ Biomathematics will organize a seminar on the book Evolutionary Theory by Sean Rice. See for details.

  • Patsy Haccou and Hans Metz will present the Introduction, Chapter 1 on Selection on one locus and Chapter 2 on Selection on two loci
  • Frank Redig/Floske Spieksma/Aad van der Vaart/Erik van Zwet (with help of Hans Metz) will present Chapter 3 on Drift, Chapter 4 on Effective Population Size-The Ecology of Drift, and Chapter 5 on Diffusion Theory-Combining Selection and Drift
  • Sander Hille and Sjoerd Verduyn Lunel will present Chapter 6 on Price\'s Theorem
  • Aad van der Vaart will present Chapter 7 on Quantitative Genetics
  • Sander Hille and Sjoerd Verduyn Lunel will present Chapter 8 on Evolution of Gene Interactions and Development
  • Patsy Haccou, Hans Metz and Floske Spieksma will present Chapter 9 on Game Theory.
